
All primary and secondary schools in Kenya will draw the curtains of the ten-week second term of the 2022 academic year in two weeks time.
The second term of the 2022 academic year will close on 16th September, 2022 with all learners in both primary and secondary schools in the country stipulated to proceed to a school holiday on the 17th of September, 2022.
The school holiday will last for a time scope of one week elapsing on the 25th day of September, 2022.
All primary and secondary schools strategically placed within the kenyan borders will resume their operations on the 26th day of September, 2022 in a devoted move fostered towards setting rolling the third term of the 2022 academic year.
The third term will take a time period of nine weeks and draw to a close on the 25th of November, 2022. Learners will proceed to a school holiday on 26th November, 2022 to allow the commencement of the national examinations.
KCPE will start on 26th November and end on 1st December 2022 while KCSE will start on 1st December, 2022 and end on 23rd December, 2022. Marking of KCSE national examination will commence on 2nd January, 2023 and elapse on 20th January, 2023.
