On December 30, 2022, the TRM Rooftop, Thika Road will play host to the highly awaited debut album concert by Matata, the fastest-rising Kenyan music group on the global music industry.
This is Matata’s inaugural performance of their acclaimed, 15-track debut album, “Super Morio,” which is anchored by heroic figures.
Five Experiential Colour Zones that depict the characteristics of the Matata members will make the concert stand out. The experience is coordinated with the concert’s Super Morio theme, which alludes to a ghetto hero that always works to improve and transform their neighborhood.
This comes from the Kenyan slang term “Super Morio,” which means “ghetto superhero.”
Wakadinali, Bensoul, Nviiri The Storyteller, Karun, Brandy Maina, Kwambox, DJ Daqchild, Gudah Man, MC Gogo, and DJ Munge are just a few of the other artists, DJs, and MCs who will be performing at the next “Super Morio Experience.”
