A section of Kenyans on Wednesday, September 7, were concerned about Azimio La Umoja- One Kenya alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga’s health.
This is after a photo of him, with outgoing president Uhuru Kenyatta and his family members, went viral in all social media platforms. In that photo, the former Prime minister seemed to be unwell as his face looked swollen.
Well, details have now emerged about what actually happen to Mr. Odinga. Taking to social media, blogger-cum-politician Robert Alai disclosed that Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader had involved in an accident.
The Kileleshwa Ward Member of County Assembly (MCA) dismissed claims that Raila Odinga had medical challenges, adding he fell down while disembarking from the car.
“Baba Raila Odinga did not have any medical or those things you are thinking of. He had a small fall while disembarking from the car. He is much ok though”
“He wishes all of you a good day and is upbeat and hopeful,” wrote Robert Alai.
President Uhuru Kenyatta visited Raila Odinga at his Karen residence on yesterday, September 6, a day after Supreme Court upheld William Ruto’s election victory.
