Police Officer Found Mysteriously Dead In His House.

According to authorities, the deceased was discovered laying on his stomach in his room with blood gushing from his mouth.

A police officer passed away on Friday at the police station in Kisumu Central Sub-County in suspicious circumstances, only a few hours before he was apparently supposed to be placed into a rehab facility.

As per security forces with knowledge of the situation, the officer was to be sent to the Vigilance Directorate of Chaplaincy and Counseling for additional care and rehabilitation.

On Friday morning, a Kisumu County Police Counselor had gone to pick up the officer so they could travel to the center, only to come across the deceased policeman.

The counselor knocked on the door several times but received no response, so he was compelled to enter the deceased’s room forcibly.

Senior cops went to the scene, and forensic experts processed it in an effort to determine what might have caused the officer’s death.
