NYS officer & his brother alleged to have murdered a man in a suspected love triangle.

After reportedly killing a man who strayed into their home at 3 a.m., a National Youth Service (NYS) officer and his brother have surrendered to Emurua Dikiir police station in Narok’s Transmara East sub-county.

According to Ololmasani location assistant chief Richard Bett, the two brothers reportedly teamed up and killed the man who was purportedly in a relationship with the wife of the NYS officer after he went and knocked on the officer’s door thinking he was away as usual.

The officer led the man inside and beat him up before informing his brother, who came over and killed him with him.

The man was stabbed to death after refusing to identify himself or explain why he decided to enter into the homestead at night.

During the melee, the NYS man’s wife fled into thin air and is now being sought by authorities to provide more information on the case.

The body of the deceased has been transferred to the Kapkatet hospital mortuary.
