
National Hospital Insurance Fund has dropped another crucial message to the public on the resumption of services. Therefore NHIF wishes to inform their customers and the public that their system has been restored. According to the report shared through their official social media platforms, all services have resumed normally.
Therefore NHIF has appreciated the patience exercised by the registered members and all members of the public as their technicians worked tirelessly towards restoring the services.
Members should note that NHIF has adjusted the system not to levy penalties for the members and employers who had not remitted to monthly contributions by the 9th September 2022.
Self employed and voluntary members have up Wednesday, 14th to remit their employees contributions after which the system will automatically levy the penalties.
Employers have up to Wednesday, 14th September 2022 midnight to remit their employees contributions after which the penality shall be applied. Therefore National Hospital Insurance Fund has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
