A Woman in Narok has been accused of defiling a form two student who is 15 years old.
Before Senior Magistrate Rosalinda Shinyanda, Mary Njoki was charged with the offense, which is claimed to have been committed on January 4, 2023, at Fanaka Street on the outskirts of Narok.
According to reports, the suspect touched the boy’s private parts and defiled him by contact.
Due to her relationship with the youngster and the likelihood of conflict between them, the prosecutor argued that the suspect’s bond should not be granted.
In order to provide the parents a chance to present evidence, the prosecution also requested that the court expedite the inquiry and decision-making process.
