Makau Mutua: Raila’s vehicle hit during protests.

According to Makau Mutua, the car hauling Azimio Leader Raila Odinga to the anti-government demonstrations in Nairobi has been damaged.

Mutua uploaded a picture of a broken windscreen but did not specify where or how it occurred.

“Water cannon vehicles and tear gas are currently directly attacking us. Our windscreen has suffered significant damage. Raila Odinga and I are riding in a car that has been struck by a bullet, Mutua reported on Twitter.

In an effort to reach the CBD, Raila’s squad is currently completing a circle around the suburbs of Nairobi.
