Machakos: Two Killed In A Road Accident

On Saturday morning, two persons perished in a collision between a matatu and a private vehicle near Kithyoko market in Machakos County.

Others who were in critical condition were transferred to the hospitals in Mwingi and Kithyoko for medical care.

According to eyewitness accounts, both automobiles were traveling toward Mwingi when the matatu tried to pass the private vehicle before the PSV struck the car.

Police had to reroute traffic when they got at the site since the event produced a traffic jam.
