As more information becomes available about the impending nullification of presidential elections, incoming president William Ruto has encountered a fresh challenge.
This comes after a high-ranking IEBC commissioner leveled serious allegations of rigging, including IEBC employee Wafula Chebukati and two others.
Providing the allegations are true, the votes will be nullified. In his appeal before the Supreme Court on the Presidential election case, Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) commissioner Justus Nyang’aya claimed that three IEBC staff employees and a foreigner intercepted forms 34A on the internet and manipulated the results.
Party leaders from the Azimio Coalition were spotted battling at Bomas before IEBC chairman announced William Samoei Ruto as the 5th president of the Republic of Kenya, proving the former chief justice’s claim that he tracks one team on its way to court to complain about the elections.
An official representing Azimio stated that the election was hacked and heavily rigged, and that the IEBC chairman wouldn’t let them confirm form 34c before announcing the results.
