DCI Detectives reveal the container disbanded Special Service Unit (SSU) used to torture victims.

The disbanded Special Service Unit (SSU) that functioned under the Directorate of Criminal Investigations [DCI]was featured in the Standard newspaper.

According to The Standard, the unit used a container in which captives were tormented before dying tragically.

The detectives who made the discovery talked to The Standard on the condition of anonymity.

The container, which was first stationed at the Nairobi Area Police Station in Milimani, Nairobi county, has subsequently been relocated to the DCI headquarters on Kiambu Road in Nairobi.

Four cops were caught on Friday, October 22, in connection with the disappearance of two Indians and their Kenyan driver.

Bones and clothing thought to belong to the two Indian nationals have been transferred to Nairobi as the inquiry into their disappearance continues.
