The Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya alliance has convened an Inaugural Conference for all the coalition party’s elected leaders.

According to the Odinga Campaign Secretariat’s Press Secretary Dennis Onsarigo, the meeting will be held on Saturday, August 13, at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) from 10 am.

All guests were notified to be dressed in the coalition’s navy blue party colour.

Citizen Digital could not, however, establish if Mr. Odinga and Ms. Karua would be attending the meeting as vote tallying by IEBC continues at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi.

It is also not clear if President Uhuru Kenyatta, the Azimio Coalition Council chairperson will be in attendance.

So far, Azimio has bagged 147 MP seats, 7 Senate seats and 10 governor seats, according to verified IEBC forms.

By Monday, August 15, the electoral body is expected to have announced the results for all the various seats per the law, which gives it seven days to tally and announce the results.
