The Blues have utilized the summer transfer window to bring in a total of 11 players from different clubs. Thomas Tuchel’s side has also released a total of 17 players, some on permanent moves while others on loan moves.
Among the players signed by the club includes Raheem Sterling from Manchester City, Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli, Marc Cucurela from Brighton FC, and Wesley Fofana from Leicester City. The club also bought Piere Emerick Aubameyang from FC Barcelona among others.

To create room for the new signings, Chelsea released a number of players on loan moves.
Callum Hudson Odoi wa sent to Geman Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen on loan, Malang Sarr joined Monaco, Tino Anjorin went to Huddersfield, Romelu Lukaku moved back to his former club Inter Milan alongside Ethan Ampadu who signed for Spezia on loan.
