The fate of over 160 aspirants who failed to be cleared by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to vie for various seats in the August 9th polls now lies with the commission’s Dispute Resolution Committee which is expected to begin it’s hearing from Friday.

The process, which will continue for the next 10 days at Milimani Law Courts, will give room to the committee to hear disputes lodged by aspirants and Kenyans who feel dissatisfied with the process.

The committee is expected to make determinations within two weeks before the commission proceeds to prepare the ballot papers at the end of this month.
